BAPTISM TEAM

Our team prepares for and hosts the Highway’s baptism experience.

FACILITIES TEAM

Our team works behind the scenes to maintain and support every area of our church, including baptism, conferences, and special events.

HIGHWAY CAFE TEAM

Our team hosts our church by providing hot and cold beverages, food and encouragement during services and special events.

EVENTS TEAM

Our team serves at conferences and church-wide events by setting up decorations and facilitating meals and snacks.

GROWTH TRACK HOST TEAM

Our team serves as the hosts of the Growth Track, greeting guests and providing materials and assistance to those discovering their next steps at Highway.

HIGHWAY KIDS

Our team invests in the lives of children through worship, Biblical teaching, videos, Small Groups, and games.

HIGHWAY YOUTH

Our team helps students get connected to our Highway Youth ministry through Friday Night Youth, Small Groups, camps, conferences, and serving at the Highway Church on Sundays.

HIGHWAY MUSIC

Our team facilitates a powerful worship experience through vocals, instruments, and audio engineering.

KIDS CHECK-IN

Our team facilitates the check-in process in Highway Kids to ensure children are cared for effectively and efficiently.

ONLINE STREAMING

Our team connects with guests of Highway from around the world through our Online Campus experience with prayer and online conversations.

PRAYER TEAM

Our team provides prayer covering for services, teams and ministries at Highway.

MOPS (MOTHERS OF PRESCHOOLERS)

Our team ministers to Mum’s and children through wonder interactive program with MOPs.

PRODUCTION

Our team assists in the production of the overall worship experience, using lights, cameras, and other visual elements.

SETUP | TAKEDOWN TEAM

Our team facilitates the Highway experience at our portable locations by setting up before service and taking down after service.

SMALL GROUP LEADERS

We are trained to facilitate Small Groups and equipped to build relationships while helping group members discover their next steps.

HOSTS

Our team brings a personal touch to our worship experiences by hosting in the foyer, overseeing check-in, in Highway Café and in the auditorium. Our team welcomes people to Highway at the front doors. Our team of hosts assist people to their seats, facilitates the offering, and helps maintain a distraction-free service environment.

SISTERHOOD TEAM

Our team brings a personal touch to our women’s worship experiences by hosting sisterhood events.

HIGHWAY INTERNS

Our intern team dedicate themselves to a year of service in ministry and are taken through a ministry training program with a ministry coach.
